Job description


Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate transport contracts and maintain a relationship with clients in the portfolio, providing them with information about the progress and development of the transport
  • Continuously expands the area of cooperation and partnerships of the company on the market of international transport of goods
  • Pay constant attention to maintaining collaborative relationships with the company’s clients and transport partners
  • Receives, monitors and completes transport orders
  • Contact transport partners and access transport exchanges to negotiate the most advantageous solutions (routes, means of transport, cargo loading plan, prices, etc.)
  • Monitors the mode of execution of the transport and related services according to the contracts, verifies the transport documents
  • Prepare periodic activity reports
  • Maintains and updates the database in the ERP system
