Marasesti no. 309, code 100238, Prahova county, registered at the Trade Registry Office under no. J 29 / 1894 / 1994, unique registration code RO 600034 (“the Company”).
Any reference to “we” or derivatives of this word used in these Terms and Conditions is a reference to the Company.

As a subject whose personal data are processed, in accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation no. 2016/79/27.04.2016, you are guaranteed the following rights, which you can exercise at any time after the date of transmission of consent or if you find that your data is being processed in the absence of an agreement to this effect:
1. The right of access to your personal data, respectively to information regarding the categories of personal data processed, the purpose of the processing, the recipients of the processed personal data, the duration of storage.
2. The right to request data rectification if you believe that the data collected by us is incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate.
3. The right to request the restriction of data processing, for the duration necessary to modify and complete the data whose rectification was previously requested.
4. Right to data deletion (right to be forgotten).
5. The right to portability of the data processed by us to a recipient indicated by you.
In relation to the rights in points 1-5 above, after analyzing your request, we will respond to you within a reasonable time, but no longer than 30 days, by implementing the necessary measures to ensure that your rights are respected .
6. The right to object to data processing, which you can exercise whenever you want and about which you can change your mind at any time by expressly informing us of this.
7. The right to address the National Supervisory Authority for the Processing of Personal Data and the courts regarding the way in which your personal data has been processed.
How to exercise the rights guaranteed to the subjects of personal data processing
If you wish to exercise your rights guaranteed as a subject of personal data processing, you can do so by completing an online request for exercising rights in relation to the processing of personal data, which you can send to the address info@cartrans.ro, in this sense requesting an identity check to prevent abuses.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You agree that all intellectual property rights in the Site belong to the Company or its licensors and that you have the right to use the Site only as described in these Terms and Conditions.
The “Cartrans” logo, the Website and its content, including but not limited to text, names, data, compilations, graphics, logos, video and audio files are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by rights by the author, according to the applicable legislation.
Users may print and download web pages from the Site solely for personal, non-commercial use. Alteration in any way of the content printed in this way is prohibited.
